Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. How long have you been teaching yoga, and what kind of spark made you become an instructor?
Yoga has been part of my life for over 10 years and I’ve been teaching professionally for the past four. As I saw those calm and very real positive changes yoga brought into my own daily life, I wanted to share that with others and, well, make yoga simple and easy to reach for everyone, not only the super flexible people.
2. Are you a certified yoga instructor?
Yes, I’m a certified yoga instructor with professional training and several years of teaching under my belt. I also keep learning, because I want to deepen what I know so I can offer classes that are safe, genuinely effective and beginner-friendly. The idea is to support people at every stage of their yoga journey, even the ones who feel “not ready” yet.
3. Who do you love working with most, like if you picture your ideal student, who is she?
I do not really have a favourite type of student, because I truly believe yoga belongs to everyone. But if I have to describe my ideal student, She/He is someone who can be patient, stay consistent & actually enjoy the process. I like helping people grow in both body & mind through regular practice, not just in poses.
4. What makes your teaching style different from other online yoga classes?
I keep my classes kinda simple, supportive, and easy to follow, not overly complicated. I do not obsess over “perfect” poses; I prefer to remind you of steady progress, even if it feels small. You go at your own pace, and we just keep moving forward, brick by brick. My big intention is to help you build strength, grow flexibility, lower stress, and actually enjoy the practice, like it’s not a chore.
5. What kind of results have your students experienced?
A lot of my students noticed positive shifts in strength, flexibility, posture and overall well-being. One student who had ongoing back pain told me that after practising consistently for just 15 days, everyday movement became way easier and also more comfortable, like their body finally agreed with them again.
