Ethical Marketing & Brand Representation: Affiliates must represent Breathe Balance Wellness accurately and ethically. Promotional content must not make exaggerated medical, therapeutic, or physical healing claims about our yoga courses, breathwork, or wellness challenges. Affiliates agree not to use aggressive, misleading, or spammy marketing tactics.
Commissions & Payouts: You will earn the designated commission percentage (default set in our program settings) on net sales generated through your unique affiliate tracking link. Commissions apply to eligible digital courses, live series, and recurring memberships offered on Breathe Balance Wellness. Payouts are processed via our supported payment gateways once the maturation period (to account for refunds/chargebacks) is successfully cleared.
Tracking & Referrals: Tracking is managed via cookies through the LearnWorlds platform. If a potential customer clicks your affiliate link, a cookie is stored for the active duration window (e.g., 30 days). If they purchase within that window, you receive credit for the referral, provided they did not clear their cookies or click another affiliate's newer link.
Self-Rely & Disallowed Traffic: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using their own tracking links to purchase courses for themselves or immediate household members to receive a discount or commission back. Violations will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
Program Changes & Termination: Breathe Balance Wellness reserves the right to modify commission rates, cookie durations, or terms of this agreement at any time. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, any legally accrued, mature commissions will be paid out, and unpaid pending commissions from canceled or refunded orders will be voided.
